Request: Rosalind Ahlgren

The first request of what is to be a continuous series of monthly request raffles! 

September's raffle was won by the wonderful , who asked me to draw her Shingeki no Kyojin OC, Rosalind Ahlgren. 

Rosalind is a captain of the Wall Garrison, a serious, stern and hard-working woman with a surprisingly kind smile. She is the protagonist of Violet's fanfic Story of a Garrison Rose, an ErwinxOC fic. 

These requests are supposed to be simple coloured sketches, but I got a little carried away with this one. I tried to minimize the time I spend on this, but the composition begged for at least an attempted background, so yeah...Not entirely happy with all of it, I really need to do some environment studies, but for 'a simple coloured sketch' I can't complain I did have a lot of fun working with the 'camera blur'.
